Mayfair

The small residential community of Mayfair is located in the southwest area of Calgary. Originally established in 1957 and bounded by the Bel-Aire neighborhood, Elbow Drive, the Glenmore Trail, and the Glenmore Reservoir, Mayfair is a tight-knit community of less than 500 residents. The neighborhood is put together entirely of single-family detached homes and includes the Christopher Robin private school as well as the newer C. Robin senior high. Due to its’ close proximity to Heritage Park, the Glenmore Reservoir and pathway, and the Calgary Golf and Country Club, there are various recreational activities to partake in all only a few minutes away. If what you need is located elsewhere, Elbow Drive provides residents of Mayfair a direct route to the downtown area as well as acts as an excellent way to explore other parts of the city.

Chinook Park elementary, Elboya elementary and junior high, and the Henry Wise Wood senior high school serves the public school students within Mayfair.
